What follows is a list of resources that I have found useful – this isn’t to say these are the best or most accurate study tools or the best sources for books or materials. This is just a list of stuff I have found useful and want to keep track of.
Free E-Books
There are way too many “Christian Romance” books but a few gems if you look.
I wish more top selling Christian authors shared at this level
This is a service that watches Amazon Kindle and other ebook vendors for free or low cost book deals. I just check “Religious and Inspirational” and get an email notification of free books for my tablet every morning.
Christian Classics Ethereal Library
This is a good resource for public domain and older works including writings by the early church Fathers.
Northwestern Theological Seminary Library
Another good great source for PDF books and reference materials
Bible Text Study
Linux Desktop Applications
There is a Windows version, too. This is based on Sword Project repositories and can share with other sword based tools
A Sword Project tool using KDE/Qt – there are Apple and Windows versions
Android Apps
Websites
A great source for bible translations, concordances, commentaries and other study materials. Sword backends many websites and programs like Xiphos and AndBible
